- Takes approximately 1 to 2 hours to carry out inspection, then we need to process your report
- Is a multi-page thorough 13-18 page report tailored to your property (not just a tick sheet)
- Includes photographs
- Our technicians can be contacted if you have any questions or concerns. After hours contact is ok.
- Both a PDF and Hard bound copy of report supplied
- Determines visible evidence of subterranean termite and workings
- Determines vulnerable areas and situations and advice on reducing vulnerability.
- Includes assessment of Borer, Decay, Moisture etc
- Is in accordance with industry standards – AS4349.3.
- Advises treatment methods and costings (if required)
- As per Australian Standards an agreement form must be signed and returned to us before the inspection can commence
